My Relaxation

My type of relaxing, pretty good. I hope you will have a try…


Walking

Walking is the best way for me to relax. While walking in my neighbour or park. I close my eyes & take deep breathes, while walking. For me, taking deep breathes are very relaxing because, while closing your eyes, you can’t see anything. When doing that your basically doing nothing. So why not take deep breathes. It is a great way to relax.


Yoga

To me, yoga is a great stress reliever. You can practice by yourself at home or take yoga classes. I prefer yoga classes because it is a quiet sanctuary. Yoga is healthy & it is soothing and relaxing. I love meditation its so relaxing.


Sleeping

When sleeping, I make sure that I am in a quiet place. When I sleep I put a facial mask on, sleeping mask, cucumbers, and more : ].


Just sit back on your couch and watch some good television or movies

I snuggle in my couch. I made sure I had enough snacks with me. Also I have a pillow and a blanket with me just in case I sleep.


Cooking

Cooking is a pretty good method for me. I just have to make sure that I am going to enjoy it & have enough ingredients

I like cooking food for myself its fun and no one can judge my cooking : ]. I like to make cupcakes, noodles, omlets, and a lot more!


Going Out

I love shopping, going to museums and zoo’s. I especially love the zoo because I really love animals!

I invite my friends to have fun at the mall : ]. Go eat with them & have some bbt!


Surfing the Internet

I like playing games, listening to music, going on facebook, youtube and a lot more : ]. Oh! Also msn : ]

others

- hanging out with friends, swimming, playing sports, putting on make up, getting dolled up, dress up and a lot more. But I am too lazy to list them all x ]. The ones I described are the ones I like the most.

There are my ways of relaxing and your ways. I am just telling you my ways.
