It is the problem of brain drain which is one of the major issues being faced by the underdeveloped countries and it is a major deterrent in their progress too. The development of a nation can only be gauged if it has the talent and the rapid progress it makes in  terms of economic surveillance. Its good if the nations take to the talent they  have and garner them and nurture for the best of results.

The organisations in a big way depend on the brains of the outer world, be it under developed nations or south east Asian works-men who are treated and assumed to be good cheap labour. In all the aspects it is the development and progress which matter the most. Talent development is the process of changing an organisation, its style of functioning and way to earn more. 

It is the people, the working employees and stake holders and the group of people within who should be tapped first to invite new ideas and concepts they have in minds. They could be most competitive and by nature hard working as they have been very fondly working in the organisation for years. Perhaps people in the own organisation are the biggest assets and to seek greater success the companies should nurture and garner their own in house hidden talent to venture into new aspects of modernisation and improvisation in this day of cut throat competition.
