All religious scripts contain some very good advice for life: exactly as one would expect, and taking a day out each week has to be top advice. On the other hand, though, it may be interesting to reflect that inhabitants of westernised countries are living longer at the same time that we are experiencing the 24/7 global culture. A conundrum akin to being told that we must stop smoking, drink less, stop speeding, and loose weight to extend our lives further; but also that the world is over-populated and there are insufficient funds in the pension pot to look after the aged.
