Whether your running a home, office, corporation etc. you want things to go smoothly the key is being organized and having a system. I have 5 beautiful children and a husband.  I work part-time, plus I do a lot of different things for our church and then our kids have activities going on all the time. My two older girls are in girl scouts and Im one of the leaders, my oldest son is in rangers group at church plus they all do bible quiz and there are mets once a month. Needless to say it’s never a dull moment at all, reading this you might be confused and say how on earth do you keep track of it all. The important thing that I have learned is to have things organized and to have a system. For instance I have at least 3 separate appointment books one is used for work, meeting, doctors appointments etc. The other is for anything church related and the 3rd is for all of the kids activities.  I set one day a week aside usually friday’s to update everything it doesnt take very long usually about 10 minutes or so. Then every morning when I get up before I leave the house I double check all 3 of them to make sure I dont miss anything. It maybe something different for everyone but this is just a small example and tip of what I mean to keep things organized especially if you have multiply things going on all the time.

Another useful thing that I do is if you have an important deadline for something I will use post it notes and usually post on my computer as a reminder I put mine on my computer because it’s where Im at most of the time. For someone else it could be another place or another useful thing is if you have a cell phone that has this option you can put in your calendar and set to have an alarm go off to remind you.

Whether your running a busy household or an office the key is to know what your doing when your doing it and where your going when your suppose to be going.
