People are Going Crazy

Just yesterday in our local paper there was a man arrested for putting his five year old in a clothes dryer and turning it on causing burns to her lower back. It is sad when children can’t even trust their own parents.

In the same paper were seven different DUI’S listed, as well as a man that was arrested for the rape of a 13 year old, a young 18 year old man that bought an arsenal with a bogus check. what were his intentions with all these guns? Thankfully we will never know because he was stopped before being able to use them. He had bounced over 5000 dollars in checks on an account that was closed, he had bought nine weapons total with two of them being military assault rifles.

This is just one days newspaper that covers a small area of news. Just think of all the sadness in the world if we were to put all the papers together. It is so sad to see what this world has come to. We need to make changes before it is to late!

Think before you do something that you will regret!

All of the things above could have been changed if only people had thought before they acted.

Stop and think! Look at someone and smile, don’t frown! Help someone! If you see someone needing a little help don’t walk around that person. Smile at them and help them! Pay it forward! If someone does something for you, then you do something nice for someone else!

Try to do at least one good deed everyday! It won’t hurt you and you will feel better after you have done it. It is so much easier to be nice to someone than it is to be cruel!

Try it for a few days and see if you don’t feel better about yourself and others!
