Positive Thought Can Change Your Life
Did you know that just a change in what you focus on can change your life? Positive thoughts can change your life to the life you have always dreamed of.
Think about it… If there was one thing that you could do, you and only you, and it didn’t require anyone else to achieve the life you truly want wouldn’t it be worth it to try? Wouldn’t it be amazing to think that it was all up to you and not up to the economic state of the world? What if you could have it all with just a thought? Could it really be that easy? It depends on how you look at it.
It can seem too easy to think that just being positive will bring you the life you desire. You see, it isn’t just about being positive; it is about exchanging old mental habits for new ones that reflect the life that you want to live.
Each and every moment that you focus upon something you are creating another moment in your life. You… You are creating it. When you think and focus on something over and over again this sends a vibration out from your own self and puts it out to the world. This invisible energy goes out into the Universe and the Universe feels it and it sends back to you, whatever you put out.
So let’s say that you primarily focus on the lack of what you have. Every day you talk about how you don’t have money or how you will never find the relationship you want; maybe even how you hate your job. When you focus on these things and put out a certain feeling (in these cases, lack and dislike) you emit that energy from your own being. This is how the Universe knows what to bring to you. People get stuck in a repetitive habit of focusing on the negatives in their lives and then wonder why their lives breed more negativity?
It is merely the Universe answering your call.
The Universe is not being arbitrarily mean or vicious. It communicates through you via your thoughts and feelings. The thought itself isn’t going to bring you what you focus on. It is the thought that brings a new idea into form and it is your action upon that thought and your feelings throughout your day that causes the attraction.
Let’s say you want your financial situation to change. How will positive thought help you with that? Begin with what you focus on daily. Are you focusing on the lack of money throughout the day? Do you go to the grocery store and focus on how expensive everything is? Do you balk at the total when the cashier rings it up? Do you think how unfair it is that you don’t have any money to spare? Are you anticipating how you will ever pay the mortgage?
