How to remove negative thoughts from mind?

How to prevent stress:

1.  Take time and breathe.

2.  Take deep breaths slowly to help release tension.

3.  Answer the following questions:

a.Why am I getting such thoughts?

b.Are these thoughts coming in my way of success?

c. Am I to be blamed for whatever negative is happening?

d. Should I indulge myself in some work to forget all this?

4.       Relax and stay calm

Stay calm and don’t blame yourself. Try and be happy. Look positive things from all events happening. Forego all negative events and happenings. Smile and laugh .Stay with friends and enjoy life to the fullest.
