Reprogram Self-Image

Change the way you think and feel about yourself and create yourself as you choose to be.

What is the image you have of your self?

How do you view yourself?

Are you worthy, capable and confident? Do you have self esteem?

You are programmed by your beliefs, your thoughts and your actions, these will all activate your Auto pilot.

If you have negative thinking, also called programming, you will receive negativity in your life, even if it is not what you want. Your auto pilot will ensure this will be so.

Your deepest thoughts and beliefs actually create your life and the event’s, that will present them selves to you, with-in your life, to be able to experience and feel them.

Accessing the sub-conscious levels of your mind, will enable you to receive a clear picture, of what you really believe about yourself, that reality will then give you, the complete truth, to unfold your negativity and release it for-ever. You can tap into the sub-conscious mind through various ways, such as past-life-regression therapy, where whatever you have tried to do before, can be brought to the surface to see how you failed or succeeded and what is needed to accomplish, any that you may have failed at before. You can have a past life reading, that will open your eye’s to your abilities and your weaknesses, or you can have hypnotherapy to unlock the hidden keys of thought. Or you can just be honest with yourself and aware in all your senses, to how anything and everything is in fact, affecting your life.

Affirmations such as the following one’s, help to assist you to reprogram your thinking, but these will only work if you allow your life to change, to accommodate them. Many people actually say affirmations and then stick doggedly to their old ways, preventing the affirmations from working.

Try these affirmation with me now, close your eye’s and breath gently in through your nose, deeply but gently and expel it from between your parted lips. Continue to do this all the time I am speaking, it will relax you and allow you to be calmed. When your mind is calm, it will receive much more upliftment, from what-ever you are doing. Now, I will say each sentence and leave a space for you, to either say it, in your mind or aloud, whichever suits you. The spoken words, has stronger vibration’s, than the silent ones, so if you desire to speak the words, I am giving you shortly, then please do. Ready now!

I am free of negative beliefs,
i am a positive and loving person.
all negative thoughts are cancelled now.
i am a worthy person because i am a loving person
i do not fear anyone,
i love every soul on earth.
i am at peace with all my fellow human-beings,
with every animal, creature, insect and plant.
i am love un-conditional.

Breath deeply in through the nose and out of the mouth three to ten times. This will bring you into a relaxed condition. Continue to stay in the relaxed condition while you breath normally but just a little more deeply. Your eye’s can be open, as you wish.

Meditation and deep relaxation at a sub-conscious level, will allow you to re-program and follow the affirmations you desire, reprogram the parts of your life you wish to change, at any time.
Always conclude a reprogram session with a short meditation, aimed at relaxation, stress reduction and confidence building.
