Excellent advice. I’m a firm believer in alone time, but like anything, taken to excess it does more harm then good. I think it is a “step” in any healing process and a critical one….but its only one of several. Very nice, hon.

“trust your own instincts”………the best advice to give. I have made the mistake of letting other people cloud my mind too many times, when I knew deep in my heart what the right thing to do was. I think your article is great!
