You guys are so right. You are only as old as you feel as long as you are in good health and have interesting things to do. My son asked me not long ago, How old would you feel if you didn’t know your age? I said” maybe about 30″.I don’t really know if I feel an age. I hope all of you feel the same when you are my age. I know so many people who don’t or haven’t prepared for their retirement and you are right…it is terribly important. I especially like the ‘Stay Alive’ segment. If you tell yourself you are old and can’t do things then…it will happen. Keeping active with a positive outlook is the key and why not? There’s no handbook saying you stop enjoying life by a certain time in life. It’s all in how you feel and think.
