Drinking

A few drinks could make you feel reinvigorated  and feel good about yourself. and have a good time without going overboard. Although allot of people, particularly young people get carried away and drink way to much.You could end up passing out, vomiting, fighting or getting into allot of trouble.                                                                        

Know you limits are you have a better time.

Many people people decide to start drinking at a young age. If you are under the age of 18, it is illegal to consume or buy alcohol. If you get caught you could face a fine of up to $2200.

Although if you do decide to drink

  • Eat something before you leave for you night out, that way your stomach will have something in it so your ll feel allot better and your acids in your body don’t chew Ur stomach.
  • Leave the car behind, make sure you have enough money fora a taxi(cab) or arrange a lift home or somewhere to stay.
  • If someone decides to take a car nominate a driver who will not be drinking and can drive safely home or where you staying.
  • Set yourself a limit to how much your ll drink
  • Drink water, soft drink, flavored water, or thick shake between alcoholic beverages. Dion this will not be so hard on your liver and wont hurt it as much if you do go about overboard.
  • Avoid shots or straight spirits, which will result in very quick drunkenness
  • Avoid mixing drinks
  • Eat something, but avoid salty snacks
  • Never leave your drink unattended, this could result in spiking
  • Always look after you friends tell them where you going , who your go in with and when they will be back
  • Never leave a drunk friend on there own
  • Don’t sober up a drunk person by feeding them bread

If you see  following please seek medical help immediately:

  • A person unconscious and poking shouting and pinching wont wake them up
  • There skin is cold, purple/blue
  • they are vomiting and not waking up
  • they are breathing very slowly(if there’s 10 seconds between each breathe its life threatening)

If this happens call 000  or 112 for mobiles and wait with them until ambulances arrive.

While waiting roll the person onto there side and open the mouth to clear away any fluid or vomit. If person is not breathing and you know CPR begin immediatly.

Note: Ambulances are there to save lives not dob. they could save you or your friends life.

Ambulances will never tell the police unless  people are interearing, attempting to fight them or blocking there way soo don’t leave a friend about to die beacause your afraid of getting cought.
