A low self esteem makes you to have a negative impression about yourself.It causes self image distortion,depression and anxiety.A low self esteem is caused by feelings of perfectionism,abuse,criticism and ignorance.A healthy self esteem needs a constant nurturong by mentoring,reading motivational books,and having a firm belief and unshakeable faith in the positive.Having faith in the positive goes a long way in determining your fate and your success in general.
