Self Help: Are You Playing Down Who You Are?

by kamlesh786 in Advice, September 24, 2009

Many people are not living authentically. Are you living your life, be who you really are? If you are this is great. If not, why are you afraid to recognize and accept what you are?

Maybe you do not want to highlight and draw too much attention to itself. Maybe they are afraid of living your true personality? What’s stopping you? It’s just you.

Maybe you’re jumping the gun and make assumptions on behalf of others, rather than let them decide for themselves. Are you afraid to sing because it is assumed that the other would not be interested? Are you afraid to tell others what you earn each year because they assume that others feel threatened by their income level?

If you hide your talent and minimize the parts of yourself do no favors to anyone. And especially not yourself. His family, friends and all who are in their lives deserve to know the truth you.

The next time the opportunity presents itself, when normally they hide or make excuses for yourself, refrain from doing so. Instead, with pride and simply say or do what would normally be deleted. When self-fulfilling, it gives others permission to be true to oneself.

The first times that are uncomfortable and not practiced by faith. You can even aloud to apologize for what they say or do. Worse May negative self-talk. The more you practice, be yourself, the better.

You stop apologizing for who you are. You’ll stop feeling ashamed of his talents and peculiarities. And you’ll feel more alive and comfortable exactly who you are. Neither more nor less. This should be your natural state of fighting.

A person is powerful. You do not believe the ripple effect that will create exactly the right thing for you. Not very loud and arrogant, but quietly and with pride. Life is a celebration of all its inhabitants. How can we all enjoy each other without showing the world that we?
