    yeah i do understaned that self hypnonsis can hel but you still have failed to delineate how do i get about doing it. give me the instructions and strategiess…like the idea just dnt know how to do it. is it the same as napoleon hills autosuggestion or contstantly tellling yourslef something until it becomes apart of your unconscious…
