Seven Tips on How to Improve Your Relationship with Other People

1. Speak to People 

   It is a good thing greeting your friends, classmates, teachers, your neighbours and other people surrounding you. People who are very fond of making greetings seems to be a friendly one. My mom always greet people whenever we are walking on the street and it makes her feel comfortable and happy. 

2. Smile at People

    Smiling gives a number of advantages to a person. Aside from looking younger and feeling stronger, it attracts more people. Smiling is contagious. Once you see a people smiling at you, it makes you feel better so why not smile at people too?

3. Call People by Name

    There is no other sweeter word for a person than to hear someone calling his name. We can notice that calling people by their  first name of nick name makes them closer to that person rather than calling them with their surname.

4. Be friendly

    Have the habit of having a positive mental attitude. Smile at people and be caring on them. Show them that you are a true friend so they will be true to you as well. 

5. Be Cordial

    Treat everyone with words and actions that shows you are grateful with them.

6. Be Generous with Praise and Cautious with Criticism

     A good word is like a  light that shines on one’s heart. Loving, caring, and encouraging words are the words that draw people closer together. Be careful in giving judgement  or criticizing people. A lot of friendships are destroyed just because of words which are given carelessly. If there is nothing good to say, better be quiet rather than hurt one’s feeling.

7.  Be Helpful

    No one is an island. We are all social being and everyone needs someone in their lives. Helping not only benefits the receiver but the giver as well. It gives a sense of satisfaction and happiness on both of them.
