Simple Ways To Enhence your brain Power & Stop Memory Loss.
As we grow older our memory power gets effected.Healthy behaviour like eating right diet and exersice and getting enough sleep are few things which help us.Brain is the most complex organ in our body how do we optimise its performence and enhence its mental capabilities.Brain power+food+memory these 3 things are linked together if we observe it properly.we do need certain brain foods which have DHA, FOLIC ACIDS,FLAVONOIDS,OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS.ETC.Now which are the best sourse of getting them.
1.Green Leafy Vegetables. Spinach. kale.and dark lettuce it has the essential folic acids which stops and protects the degeneration of memory loss and .only 1 cup of leafy vegetables a day is quite sufficient to keep the brain working smoothly.u can boil it steam it or cook it doesnt matter the folic acid would boost the memory.its use in our regular diet of this wonder veg is very essential.specially for vegetarians.
2.FISH. It has the OMEGA 3.FATTY ACIDS and DHA.fish like salmon,sardines,lake trout,pacific oysters,and atlantic mackerel provides omega 3. fatty acids. now reseacrh says its a super star u just have to eat 1 to 3 servings a week in size of your palm.even 1 serving a week is better then nothing.those who dont like fish can also take supplements of omega.3 fatty acids in a capsule form it not only enhances the memory but is also very good heart friendly food and lowers bad cholestoral in a big way.and last but not the least if u happen to be a vegetarian u have a option u may eat nuts which have omega.3acids the idea is to get the vitamins.
3..Berries. Berries are very rich in FLAVONOIDS and healthy compounds in it which may not only boost memory but it can reverse the memory loss. now thats a gr8 news.cranbery red berry blue berry any of them would do the job.1 cup a day is quite sufficiant and it protect against degeneration and it has the capacity to reverse the damage already done.
4.coffee. Caffaine in coffee temperarily sharpens the focus and memory.but the catch is only 2 cups a day.is good.now enjoy your coffee.

Thxs for the response guys @ patrick we need proper diet for bp omega3 fatty acids from fish or nuts is gr8 for bp n cholesterol.
