I actually prefer the liquid form of pharmaceutical fish oil (such as Carlson’s brand) instead of fish oil capsules. I take a teaspoon or two every day with a meal. http://www.memory-improvement-tips.com/fish-oil.html

Yes, that’s true. I’ve been eating vegetables for several months now to avoid hypertension. It worked great for me. Thanks!
