Some Rules to Life Your Life
Here are some rules to live by: 1. Always relax, 2. Always use positive motivation, 3. Concentration is the silver key, 4. Always feed yourself the best food you can, 5. Increase your oxygen input.

(Glial cells, those ho power your neurons)
1. Always relax, if you relax you can have better blood flow through your whole body, less pain because of tension that means longer work hours or better relax time, and of course while you relax your brain enters in a state where it performs much better.
2. Always use positive motivation. Do not work thinking of the bad consequences of not doing it, but just of the good consequences of doing it. Both kinds of motivation will do the trick plus the positive will make you feel better and prolong your health (Memory – Hot To Tap The Incredible Secret Powers Of Your Mind).
3. Concentration is the silver key to the doors of success. If you cannot concentrate on something for a long period of time and deeply you are not going to achieve much, your brain has some lag and if you keep doing this, then doing that, your brain will suffer a lot, so will your overall performance (Dr Medina – Brain Rules)
4. Always feed yourself the best food you can. Quit all junk food. I know it’s hard I too love Coke, Chips, Bolicao and all those cool nuggets but hey, it’s you body, your brain and your life, and of course your success. Your brain uses as much as 50% of all your body energy intake (Dr Medina – Brain Rules), if you do not feed your brain the right way, you will never make it right, without the right fuel (brain can only burn Glucose) and vitamins, you are going to become a lower class citizen in the world hierarchy, the physical workers. Our world is rules by our brains.
5. Increase your oxygen input. Join the hardest sport in the world which is cycling. This will make your heart and lungs develop to the best they can which will increase the amount of blood (oxygen and glucose) delivered to the brain as much as 6 times (Bill Bryson).
6. Keep changing your environment, your neurons will start to fire less if you attach yourself to the same environment all the time (check my article on brain peak performance) and this can lead you to dendrite LTD which stands for Long Term Depression.
Note: Einstein was more intelligent not because his brain was bigger, in fact is was smaller because he was short, but because he had more connections between his neurons because of intensive thinking (”I just spend more time thinking of the problems and how to solve them” – Albert Einstein) and because he had more 75% Glia cells than most humans do which power his brain as much as 75% more and you already know how hungry for fuel your neurons are.
Another note: You really just use 2% of your brain at the same time (Dr Medina – Brain Rules), if you used more than that your brain would run out of energy in less than a second. To increase your brain brain power substacially guess what, just increase the amount of oxygen and glucose with good nutrients and again more intensive exercise, I cannot stress this too much.

Hi, everyone says constructive criticism helps so don’t think I’m being mean I really want to help! The title should have been “Some rules to live your life” not “Some rules to life your life”.
Hope I helped just a little
