Speeding Causes Grieving
Don’t worry…
Some of us get up early every morning to start the day because were inspired to get things done. Theres that first cup of coffee that taste so good too. After getting cleaned up, having breakfast, dressed and brush our teeth and out the door. We are off to work to make the money. Leaving early enough to not have to rush we start the long drive to get to our job. Then theres that fool who always seems to be there to make your morning start turn to mush. They speed passed you and cut you off because they’re in a hurry to get to the next red light. Those are the ones you see pulled over by the police to start their day with a ticket they must work hard to pay for. Or the one you see smashed up in a accident that they caused because they were in such a hurry. Trouble is that the inocient people must pay each time these fools drive on our roads. Inocient lives are taken every day because of the speeders rushing to get somewhere. I’m quit sure each one of us have someone in our families who has died or suffered in a accident caused by a speeder or impaired driver. The speed limit signs are there for a reason. Some people think because the sign says seventy miles per hour that they are allowed to do at least five miles over that and not receive a ticket. Try that in the Grosse point areas and see if you get away with it. If the sign says Twenty five in a residentual area. Its ment to protect the children and pets from being run over by cars and to stop you from smashing through a house if you go off the road accidently. So if your one of those speeders out there try to think of someone else for a change that you know that has died or been hurt badly in a accident. Put your self in their shoes and think about how you would feel. Of course if you were one of the people who has died you would not feel anymore. These days the price of gasoline is high enough without the help of wasting it just to try to get somewhere five minutes sooner. Is it really worth it? Think of the future for our children. Ask yourself this question. Would God himself approve of what I’m about to do? Knowing that you could cause the death of others and maybe even yourself just by speeding to get somewhere sooner might make you think twice before you pass up the cars accually doing the speed limit. Try to force yourself to get a earlier start when you have to be somewhere on time. You’d be suprised how less stressful it feels knowing you have time to spare once you get there. You surly won’t have any time to spare if you die in the next firey crash because you were in such a hurry to get there. Many people must drive long distances every day to go to and from work. Share the road. merge safely with each other with curtiosy. Meanwhile those of you that continue to race from red light to red light. Have a nice stressful driving day.
