Staying Young

        If you could stay young, would you really want to in a world like ours now? If you look at the things you can do to stay young, would you?

       We let others dictate how we should be. We forget that we have a mind and that we can think on our own.

       Growing up were taught to be a certain way. Too, much we don’t see.

       We are independent thinkers, with thoughts that can change the world we live in now.

       Some how we grow up thinking that we deserve things, but we forget that the only one that can give it to us, is ourselves.

       Staying young has a lot to do with how we treat ourselves. We were given this life to live, (it wasn’t our choice), but we are now. Don’t you think we should live it the best we can.

       Our bodies deserve being healthy. We make the choice of everything we put in it or on it.

        Time passes by, we are not able to turn back the clock. So what we do now is all we have. They say that life goes by fast, but we forget to sit back and see the things around us.

        Each day we grow a little older. Each minute we let pass by is a minute we lose. Were so busy, we go about doing our work and have no time for any play. We find ways to cheat in many things that we do. We have plastic surgery to try and make us look younger. We use many different kinds of creams and lotions on our skin. Those just hide the aging process. They don’t stop it.

        Deep down, everyone knows we can’t stop the aging process. We can pretend that we have.

        Keep your mind strong and your heart beating stronger. We all only have one of each and its our responsibility to keep them strong.

        Staying young by protecting what is presses. Maybe, you will live to be one hundred and fifty years old. It could be possible.
