Not heavy burden that makes us stress, but the duration of our
carry the load.

At the time of giving a lecture on Stress Management, Stephen Covey raised a glass of water and asked his students: “How hard do you think about this glass of water?”
The students answered ranging from 200 grams to 500 grams. “This is not
absolute weight problem, but depending on how long you hold it. “Covey said.
“If I hold it for 1 minute, no problem. If I hold it for 1 hour, my right arm would hurt. And if I hold it for 1 full day, maybe you should call an ambulance for me. The weight is the same, but the longer I hold, then the burden will be heavier. ”
“If we carry our burdens continuously, gradually we will not be able to take him again. The burden that will increase the weight.” Covey continued.
“What we have to do is put the glass,
a brief rest before lifting again “. We must
leave our burden periodically, so that we can be more refreshed and able to take him again.
So before you come home from work this afternoon, leave
workload. Do not take home. The burden that can be taken back tomorrow. Whatever the burden on yourself today, try to leave for a moment if you can. After the rest later be retrieved again.
Life is short, so try to enjoy it and use it …!!
