Stress Survival Kit
Tips for stress management.
The following are basic stress management tips to improve quality of one’s intimate life:
Intimacy
Enrich intimacy with family members, friends, and your partner. They constitute your support system. Studies show that self esteem and inner peace contribute greatly to wellness and your support system can supply you with a large dose of both.
Laughter
Humor still tops the defense list against stress hormones. Laughing lowers blood pressure and triggers beta endorphins (natural morphine like compounds of the brain effects a sense of euphoria and well being).
Focus
Being conscious of your behavioral response in situations that bring about stress is winning half the battle against it. And identifying the situations that trigger such behavior enables you to control stress before it can control you.
