First of all you should know that your self-esteem is crucial for all fulfillments, achievements and happiness in all areas of your life.
Think for a moment about how you’re doing health wise, how are your finances? Your relationships with your family, friends and co-workers? Are you meeting interesting people? Do you have a love in your life? Are you having fun? How about your productivity and ability to take risks or chances to achieve success?
All these questions are very serious issues you need to think about if you want to obtain the most out of life and live a life of happiness and abundance.
Did you know that 85% of us suffer from poor self-esteem to some degree in one or more areas of our lives?
Procrastination, which is caused by low self-esteem, is the number 1 enemy of success.
You have to break out of your comfort zone, which is diminishing your ability to achieve all the good things in life. An average human being lives to be around 70 years old…ask yourself how much of that time can you afford to go to waist.
The knowledge is here and the time to change your life for the better is now!
Here is how you can evaluate how you’re doing in the self-esteem department:
Do you have damaged relationships? Do you find yourself in upsetting situations? Are you constantly in turmoil with other people? Do you have nagging thought that you don’t measure up in some way? Do you eat right, excursive and get enough sleep? Are you abusing alcohol, cigarettes or even drugs? Are you having trouble getting ahead in life or in your occupation? Are you having fun? Can you forgive other peoples mistakes or your own?
If you answered yes to one or more of these questions…most probably you are suffering from low-self esteem.
Here are a few helpful hints to regain a healthy self-esteem and acquire the abundance you deserve.
