Resilient people people stay connected relying on eachother to get through the tough times. They realize the importance of staying connected as they have higher measures of quality of life and well-being, regardless of how “bad” their situation may seem.
They are more optimistic with better outlooks on life in general. They the ability to creatively come up with solutions to everyday problems that we all deal with.
They are spiritual, having more faith helping them deal with these hard times. By participating in religious avtivities of some sort lessen the chance of becoming depressed.

They are playful, wondering about things, experimenting and laughing. Which as we all know is the best medicine for saddness.
They are more apt to give back to the community and try to make better of bad situations. Most often creating or attending support groups is the best way to accomplish this.
They also pick their own battles by concentrating on things that they do have some control over. It’s best to focus your energy on things that you are passionate about and can do something about.
They stay healthy by maintaing a good diet and exercising on a regular basis.
“Resilient people convert misfortune into good luck and gain strength from adversity,” by realizing that the negative aspects of their life is but an opportunity to better themselves and becoming better people.
