The Stress of Coping with Everyday Life

We live in a world that is full of living organisms, shrouded in a veil of mystery. Mankind spends unlimited time and resources on unraveling the mystery of existence; and thereby fostered the creation of cultures.

We as a society must meet the demands of our existence head on in evaluating our laws and ordinances as well as our historical gains and losses in changing our mindsets from one of maintenance to one of progression.   We must continue to research coping mechanisms both positive and negative to trace back to their roots of development in association with societies expectations in lowering those that are too high, doing away with those of no apparent consequence or value except to cause stress, and the creation of new expectations in alignment with the times.  Research would be invaluable in monitoring and gauging mans biological response in an environment that has been improved with the outlook of mans longevity of existence versus maintenance and acceptance in coping in an existence that is determined by a biological clock that we ourselves have engaged the timer when in all actuality it could have possibly been left disengaged.

In conclusion; life is a wondrous thing.  From plant life to mans existence and every living organism in between.  We strive to continue to live and to exist as a species but it seems apparent that somewhere along the lines (probably fighting each other for the rights to territory) would be my guess.  We took short cuts, and in taking short cuts instead of progressing as we should have, with time being of the essence and a respecter of no man; as time wait’s for no man (or woman for that matter).  We expanded ourselves instead of growing ourselves and have become a mere extension of our ancient population along the same cycles in having achieved better made tools, medicines, housing, communication skills, materialistic gratification in objects for enjoyment, pleasure and convenience (i.e. cars, planes, microwave ovens, dishwashers, etc…).  We became distracted from the growth of the groups from prehistoric times in creating societies; and as a result lost the control of our instinctual natures in that aspect, therefore the continuance of the separation of the races is manifested in our way of thinking even though we have torn down barriers that separated us physically.  But we are not fooling one another.  Crime exists in response to our lack of growth as a society bringing to light to anyone who would look to see that maintaining though it seems easier is ultimately killing us all.  Until we stop talking the talk and actually take the time to backtrack and pick up where we should have instead of being distracted as a people, being pitted against each other like wild animals and walk the walk; by regaining control of our instinctual natures and truly rising above them.  We will continue to exist and die in our acceptance of societies expectations as set forth without ever knowing why we existed and perhaps (mercifully) without the realization that we never really lived.
