Top 10 Most Shocking Truths You are About to Know 2

by nomanoma in Advice, August 5, 2008

Here’s the second batch. Are you ready to be surprised again?

Are you adopting a lifestyle that is really not what you have wanted? Do you feel like you are always out of the right track? Is your head filled up with tons of ideas that are not yours? Have you stopped thinking for yourself a long time ago?

Would you like to stop the lies everybody is filling your head with?

Well, you came to the right place. It’s about time you knew the truth. In this article you are about to know the most shocking truths ever. The truths that will set your head free of all the lies you have mistakenly believed.

Truth no. 6: Things are momentary

Remember what we said earlier about living in the now. Well, it will be the smartest thing to do because of that truth we talked about where everything changes. When you happen to have a nice moment are you really feeling everything about this moment? Are you getting the best of it? I guess not. You know why, because you were thinking about other things. Things in the past or in the future but definitely not now. You need to know how momentary things are. You need to feel the most out of this moment because it won’t come back. Don’t lose it for the sake of things that are out of your control. This moment is your everything. Don’t waste it. Don’t lose your everything. When you feel like you want to do things. Do them now. Think about them now. Plan them now. Do them now. There’s no room for the future thinking. You don’t know what happens in the future. Live the moment.

Truth no. 7: Relativity: a concept to respect

I know that my articles are controversial and many would say that I am crazy or even useless. But I know that many more appreciate knowing truths like these even though they may have known about them for so long. So this is a truth. Everything is relative. You may consider something as beautiful and others may just see it as the definition of ugliness. It is so weird yet so real. You may like chocolate but others define it as the source of all sin. You may drink coffee to be alert when others hate its smell. Humans like things for the weirdest reasons and hate things for even weirder ones. You can’t explain why you love that person though he keeps on hurting you or why you are not attracted to this person at all while he is the best person that treats you in the best-behaved manners. When you consider something as right, others may totally disagree and even see it as wrong as a sin! Relativity is a truth about humans. But is it good? Is it bad? Who knows? Who can judge? This is leading me to the next truth.

Truth no. 8: Nothing is abstract, so don’t judge in an abstract way

Well most of us tend to judge. We just go on and judge anything that might encounter us. You are walking down the street, you see people in your way and you judge. With only a simple look at someone you never met before and a judgment is here! She is hot! What is she wearing! That’s so last season! That man is so fat he must be eating a dozen of doughnuts everyday! For god’s sake who are you to judge him? Did you see him eating what you claimed he was eating? I guess not. Nothing is abstract. Everything has multiple sides. Everything is relative remember. The human being is created with both sides in them. Good and evil. They are both inside of us. No one is pure evil or pure good. We are both in one entity. So why do you judge abstractly? Do you want to be judged in the same way? Don’t you want others to see the truth about you, to see excuses for your flaws? And again here it comes. The next shocking truth!

Truth no. 9: Nobody is perfect!

All of us have flaws. All of are ashamed. We have done wrong and we won’t stop. We make it worse. We hurt each other. We judge each other like perfect beings! We don’t see our flaws. We see others’ flaws when we judge. And it backfires on us in the same way. Others judge you by seeing only your flaws. Just as you do to them. It is a cycle of hate and disgrace that deflects us away from serenity. To hurt each other daily and be consumed in meaningless daily struggles that lead us to the wrong track. That take us away from our life we dreamt of. That blind us from seeing the truth. You have to understand that you are not perfect neither is anyone else. God is the only perfect one. We are not gods!

Truth no. 10: Life is the cause of your Death

Now this is the final truth. Read it carefully.

Don’t get attached to life. Life is going to end. If you are attached to something that you know for sure that it is going to end. This means you are going to end too. If all your dreams and hopes are in life then you have to be sure that they are going to go away and won’t be restored back. Everything in this life ends and so are you. Because you are alive you are going to die. Life leads to death. If you understand this you will realize that life shouldn’t be your goal. It shouldn’t be the home you long for. It shouldn’t be the place where you lay your foundations for a happily ever after. There is no happily ever after here. If you understand this perfectly you will know for sure that the place that you want to be isn’t here. It is there where everything is perfect, where you and everyone else are perfect, where there’s eternity, where there’s love, where there’s peace and clarity, where you don’t have to struggle or fight, where you are safe, where you have everything you have ever wanted as a reward for what you gave away, for what you sacrificed here in this ending life. It is a very cheap price to sacrifice something that is going to end to have something that is absolutely perfect forever, isn’t it?! Imagine yourself so hungry and you find 2 apples, one is semi rotten and the other is so fresh with a beautiful smell, which one would you choose to eat? For me I’d definitely eat the fresh one but should I toss the semi rotten one? I guess I might eat the good half too if I was sure that it wasn’t affected by the rotten half.

So that’s it. In life you are going to die. In heaven you are going to live. Your choice!

Again for neglecting these shocking yet realistic truths we lose our path. And remember it is not your fault. We have been fed up with these lying notions for so long that we couldn’t tell what’s right and what’s wrong. But now you can. I am sure that you will be on the right track again. And please whenever you feel out of track again come back here and you will find your salvation. You must believe in the truth. Don’t let them take away again. I petty the unbelievers. They are missing a lot!

By the way, there will be another article, by god’s will, that will bring you hope and serenity about these shocking truths.

Please stay tuned!

Loved it, so true! Thank God for remembering us that we all are going to die someday and that we must live what we want know, otherwise we risk dying before we live the life we want. Thanks again.
