We have workouts for our bodies in order to build our muscles. Soldiers have workouts to grow stronger. We need to do workouts everyday in order to grow stronger and to stay in good shape. If we stop our workouts, we will soon become out of shape. Moreover, our workouts need to be challenging and intense, meaning that they are hard and difficult. We use heavier weights, take shorter rest periods, or increase the number of rests. We increase the difficulty level and the result is that we grow stronger and build muscles.

We need to understand that the concept of workouts does not only apply to our muscles but to all aspects of our life. We should have daily workouts for our mental skills, our self-discipline muscle, our people skills, our money making skills, etc. It means we need to challenge ourselves daily in everything we want to improve. We need a daily plan and we need to execute the plan everyday, which leads us to one of the most important ingredient to success: habits.

Simply put, habits are the single most important factor to success. They will lead to your failure or to your success. The best way to describe habits is as follow: What you do today, you will do it tomorrow. It’s as simple as that. What you are doing right now (actions, thought, attitude, behavior), you will do it again tomorrow. Why? Because we are creatures of habits. It is as simple as that, and until you truly understand the importance of this truth, you won’t be successful. Be aware of what you do every single day. Be aware of your habits. How many hours a day do you watch TV? How many hours a day do you sleep? What kind of food do you eat on a regular basis? What are your financial habits?

When I started observing my own personal habits, I was very surprised. I quickly realized that I was almost always doing the same things every single day. I was always following the same pattern, which is why I was always getting the same results. Change your habits today and I can promise you that you will see a big difference in your life one month from now. I wish you all the success you deserve.
