Discover you unique strength and weakness to be able to identify your personal style.

Everyone has strengths and everyone has weaknesses and everyone have it’s own personal style. You will be able to understand yourself if you will be able identify your strengths and weaknesses. You will be able to do that by identifying your personal style.

There are four personal styles: Dominant, Influential, Steady, and Conscientious.

Dominant persons get things done, they are persistent, they takes charge, they accept challenges, they make quick decisions, they love solving practical problems, they are self reliant and they are hard working people. But they are insensitive toward others, they overlook risks and cautions, they take on too much, too demanding of others, they are impatient, inflexible and unyielding, they are inattentive to details and they resent restrictions.

Those who are under the Influential personality are people who are optimistic, they are personable, verbally articulate, they are entertaining, enthusiastic and they make good impression to others, they are also persuasive, outgoing and friendly. Their weakness shows that they lack follow through, they talk too much, they act impulsively, they over commits, they misjudge capabilities, they over estimate results, they jump to conclusions and they verbally manipulate.

The Steady personality are supportive, they are loyal, consistent, reliable, agreeable, service oriented, good listener and they build relationships. But people with Steady personality resists quick change, overly tolerant, indecisive, indirect with others, they have difficulty with deadlines, they procrastinates, they avoid conflicts and they lack initiative.

Those who have the Conscientious personality have order, self discipline, they are thorough, analytical, competent and precise, they are also diplomatic and committed to quality. But they are overly cautious, too rigid, they lack spontaneity, they are sensitive to criticism, too detail oriented, they find faults, suspicious and pessimistic.

The mindsets of a dominant person is that they like to control and they like to change things and they want to do it their way but their greatest fear is losing control or not having any challenge.

The mindset of an influential person is to have fun and they like to dream things. They also want to things in an exciting manner but they fear losing face or not having social approval.

The mindset of a steady person is that they like to have peace and they watch things. They also want to do things in the easy way but their greatest fear is losing stability or losing a relationship.

The mindset of a conscientious person is that they like to excel and they like to know things. They want things to be done in the right way but they fear being wrong or being criticized.

So among this four personality, where do you belong? Are you a dominant, influential, steady or conscientious kind of a person.
