Ways to Calm Down
Ever in a bad situation? Angry? Frustrated? Or just want to smash something?
I know a lot of people want to beat someone up or punch something to let out their anger. Well, here are some tips to solve that. I know most of you will think that this is crap and wont work, but it will because I’ve done it an it worked. Please enjoy.
Way 1.
Step 1. Splash water in your face in your bathroom.
Step 2. Look in a mirror, and think is it worth being angry? If so, goto step 3, if not, skip step 3.
Step 3. Think about why you’re angry, and think of how to solve it.
Step 4. Count to 10, slowly, in your head.
Way 2.
Step 1. Do something to forget about it.
Step 1. Option 2. Just lie in bed and forgot about it
Step 2. Tell someone about it. Let them help you out.
Way 3.
Step 1. Get a pillow, or a bunch, and punch it.
Step 2. Breathe in and out slowly.
Step 3. Go back to step 3 in way 1, and then step 4 in way 1.
If all is not well, I don’t know what will work. But I hope this helped.
