Ways to Relax When Stressed

Here are some ways to relax when you are stressed.

In college days, we have exams almost everyday specially before our board. Those days are really stressful for us. I noticed most of us, likes clicking our pens. It’s weird but you can hear non stop clicking in between discussions. Also, most of us chew bubble gum. For some reasons when your chewing something it releases your stress. Some likes to tap their pens on the table and others just walk back and fourth. When your stressing, what makes you relax?Here are some tips.

1. Get a nice good sleep.

2. Listen to your favorite music

3. Pet and cuddle your kitties and dogs. 

4. Just lay still in my bed.

5. Watch your favorite comedy on TV.

6. Drink plenty of water.

7. Also, drinking a hot tea can make you relax. 

8. Go sightseeing.

9. Listen to the sound of the birds.

10. Do meditation and focus on calmness.

11. Go shopping and buy your favorite food like chocolate and ice cream.

12. Play the guitar or piano and compose songs.

13. Go ballroom dancing.

14. Go for a swim.

15. Have a talk with your friends.

16. Watch a good movie

17. Read a good book.

18. Go ride a bicycle and have a picnic .

19. Take a nice hot bubble bath and light scented candles.

20. Go get a good massage.
