What You Can Do with Your Beliefs

A lot of us have the limitation of beliefs and decision that sort of stand in a way of what we are trying to achieve.

Let’s take a look at some of these beliefs that we have and how we can begin to transform them. For example, I remember when I was a child, I was afraid of darkness. Just before going to bed, I thought that there was going to be a monster in the room or the monster at the window.  I also imagined the monster shaking the tree under the moonlight. It was not even real. It was the belief and the fear that I created in my mind.

We just distort, generalize those information that create the monster out of the bed or monster outside the window. That is where those beliefs come from. A significant emotion event that happens like a loud crash or something happens that we create meanings or place meanings to. We put meanings–on top the dark, meaning monster, scary, I-don’t-like-bedtime. Most of the scenes can be the movies that you may or may not have seen which go into the details of having monster inside the cabin and a whole monster community. The electricity that runs their world is sourced by children’s scream. Then through the heap of the event, they begin to realize that the true happiness, joy, and laughter bring out the energy that quadruple the amount of energy created than that all fear. So happiness and joy has the greater effect. Fear and sadness or negativity has the significant change in various things.

There are three elements of success which are– results, a creative behavior, and our behavior state opinion. These elements of success are everywhere in our life. If we look at our beliefs and think about what things that we are allowing to stand in our way of achieving what we want in our life right now. All you say is that you can just change your beliefs. Is that possible? Beliefs are created so we have 0 to 7. The information is downloaded to the five senses into our life where we delete, store, and generalize the information and create the layers of what our brains think or create meanings for. All the information is coming in the imprinted state. It’s everything, what we hear, what we see, what we taste, or what we smell and it’s there when we visualize. All these things create who we are and that stays. It crated the foundation of who we are. Do you remember sometimes you think that you’ve never been good at Math, spelling, or reading? You may think, yes, that’s me. This belief can pass through your child. They may think that they can be better than their parents. Those thoughts form the beliefs and those beliefs are limiting the potential to achieve so much more.

It has been proved that the brain is like a muscle. If you keep working on your muscles, they will get stronger and have the ability to achieve so much more. You body gets more time, better looking and you feel better. It is the same as your brain. When we start to build muscles, think and work things out, encourage our brains and the neurotical path way to far off, we can create our intelligence. We’re not saying that we’re going to be the genius of someone who’s gone before like Einstein and becoming exactly like them but we considerately learn from what they have discovered. We can go along that path and see into the future of what we can actually have in our life.
