When Our Minds Have a Mind of Their Own

Sometimes your mind can play tricks or send you warnings about something being wrong,. Whatever the case may be, pay attention and talk about it.

Everyone grows up with the pains and struggles of life.It could be personal relationships,general stress,tragedy,or everyday pains such as bills,etc..

Anger,happiness,love,sadness,are very natural feelings to us human beings as well as all living creatures.But what happens one day when you wake up and your not feeling yourself?

Millions would answer this differently of course,But many of us would say I feel anxiety or depression or both.So this is the focus I am taking.

Anxiety and depression could come hand in hand or develop slowly, It can give you bad thoughts you naturally wouldn’t have, and drive your nerves into a frenzy constantly.Questioning yourself and examining your conscience to the point you feel your mind is your enemy.

Why am I thinking this?

I would never do that? Am I crazy cause I am still thinking it?

Why can’t I feel?

Am I now dangerous?

I am not a doctor but from personal experience I can say no,you are not crazy your mind may be sick, alot of food can cause this and help relieve it.

I awoke one day and felt dread in all things around me i argued in my mind,What’s your problem? Why are you so sad ?

Why are you envisioning yourself in ugly situations,I didn’t eat, I started to not care about things that really mattered to me, and I didn’t know why?

There are many reasons for this and many people need medication, and some just need a healthy change in diet,counseling, and prayer in there life or all of the above.

So if your taking medicine for this and you still can’t feel happy let me share with you through research and personal testimony some foods that really helped me,I don’t eat fish but omega 3 fatty acids are very healthy for your brain,I compromised and had top ramen noodles flavored with shrimp,vegetables like peas and carrots and fruits such as oranges and lemons have all contributed to my new healthy state of mind,i have learned all these fruits and veggies act as a depression/anxiety fighter and I feel the difference over a few days ,i have stayed away from sugar and have been drinking teas without it, Doesn’t taste that great, But you feel clean inside.My mind was running garbage through my head because i wasn’t taking care of it, and my mind had enough and took control.
