When Your Heart Fails

What to do when your heart fails.

Have you ever imagined one’s heart failing? Can you stand just realizing you lost a dear one out of a heart failure?

Let us look at what happens when the heart fails. Although the contest here is different, it is very important for one to know how to turn around heart “failures”. Firstly, what is failure?

Failure is the inability to achieve a set objective – a goal or a target. When one does not achieve a thing he/she is said to have failed. So what does it have to do with the heart?

When we are depressed or emotionally down, the heart is put under severe pressure. This causes an increase in blood pressure. Some people even feel a pain in the chest. This is because of the increased anxiety and stress. Everyday people get on the streets, working their hearts out. But the question is: Do they really make ends meet?

You may have prepared your assignment on the computer to deliver at school but just wake up to see it deleted inadvertently by your mum. Naturally, you should be tensed but is that the right thing? The best thing to do is to ask yourself this question: what do I do to remedy the situation.

That is it! Whenever your heart fails, do not panic. When things go wrong do not jump. Maintain a steady air of control and you will remain on top.

    Every time I loved,
    I had a failed heart.
    So now heart failure,
    Has become,
    My integral part.
    My heart shall never fail,
    Jokes apart.
    Right at birth,
    Do you know
    It never did start.
