Who’s the Bully?

The bully is likely to verbally mistreat you with accusations, admonitions, and threats.

The Bully is a person who hurts, frightens, threatens, or tyrannizes over those who are smaller or weaker. Bullying feels personal because it always is personal. For the bully at your work, you are not really a person with feelings but an object to be manipulated. Bullying is an act of cowardice and misconduct, may be they have their hidden agenda or motives for doing such wrong things. There are some steps you can do to stop that bully the steps are as follows:

  • Talk to the bully.

     The best solution is to talk to him directly. Tell him to stop because he’s not doing any good. Most of the bullies do not like being confronted by calm and civilized person.

  • Tell friends.

     All of bullying goes behind closed doors, so you have to tell it to your colleague and friends. It helps if they are aware of that bully because it is important that you do not try to cope on your by yourself.

  • If you are a member of an association in your office tell them

    Tell them what is happening to you regarding that bully so that they can help you or give you some advice about your problem. Or they can help you with a formal complaint, if goes that far and giving support throughout the procedure.

  • Keep a note.

    This will provide an important record of the nature of the bullying and when it happened. The record is important when the time come the bully will be confronted, so it is important to establish a pattern over a period of time.

  • Tell your manager.

    The more people that know, the more difficult it is for bullying to flourish.

  • Make a formal complaint.

    Go to the grievance procedure, it’s time for you to file a formal complaint to permanently stop the bully.

    the writer has very clear mind to sum up the situation.
    But unfortunately, in reality, I don’t think these can do any work.
