Why Live Right When You Can Live Real

If you have experienced growing up which am sure you have, you must be familiar with all those voices telling you what to do, how to talk, what to eat, how to walk and on and on. It is time to look in and start pleasing yourself.

The instructions we receive when growing up are not bad in themselves only that they make us to focus more on the ‘ought to’ and ‘ought not’ of living that we keep striving to meet up to these standards.

Striving to meet standards is not bad also just that they are external and keep us looking out in our quest to live right when we should be looking in.

The real human desires to live right, that is why there is a conscience inside us that tells us when we have stepped off the line.

If we therefore can begin to live real to our inside, we will see how fulfilling it will be to live real than to live right.

The problem is that as we strive to live right and can’t do it we condemn ourselves or get condemned by others and that decreases the desire and motivation to live right by making us defensive and closed to resources that will help us and aid our growth.

If we can however be true to ourselves by living right as our innate person desires we will get motivation to continue to strive till we get to our destination of right living; Since we are pleasing ourselves and not some other person out there. Pleasing ourselves is far easier than pleasing others.

What do we do now, search ourselves and get back that desire to live right that is inside us.

Start to satisfy this desire daily by doing things right, where we find it difficult to do right, because we are pleasing ourselves and being real to ourselves it becomes easier for us to look for and get the help needed to pass the hurdle.

Life will become fuller and more satisfying because we are living in harmony with our real self. Doing exactly what we really desire.

Let us live real rather than live right because that will give us the motivation to start out right and finish right.
