Friends and family can help you out. They can do things for you when you’re in need. They can give you the support that you need for every day living. People who have a large social group tend to succeed more.

You should make a conscious decision to relax once you feel anxiety striking. You can sit back and take a deep breath and relax. Relaxation is a great way to control your worrying.

Coffee can make you more anxious. Coffee is a stimulant and it might increase your thinking pattern. You can get more anxious with coffee. It increases your heart rate and cause you to lose hydration.

You can tell yourself to make a conscious decision not to worry. Every time that you’re anxious, you can tell yourself that you’re just worrying too much.
