Worry: a Source of Unhappiness

Many people worry too much.

Paige  Paloma is  always worrying about something: it’s hard for her to have a good time.

Rachelle Rae says that it’s hard for her to be alone: too many disturbing thoughts enter her mind.

Sabine Sabrina  tends to worry about unlikely events:  like her home catching on fire or dying young.

Tamara  Tameika  avoids interacting with people, out of fear of what they think of her.

Ula Una never truly enjoys her successes. She feels like something could go wrong at any moment.

Wanda Wendy assumes the worst has happened if someone is late meeting her or getting home.

Xanthe Xanthippe worries about going broke, even when she has enough money.

Yetta Yolande, when she is in a relationship, worries about being abandoned.

Zari Zelda is superstitious and considers some things to be bad luck.

Abigail Abira, when she is worried, nothing can completely reassure her.

These people worry too much: they practically ruin their life.

Even when things are going well, they find themselves fixating on the negatives. They have to try to worry less and enjoy life more.

What about you? Do you worry too much? Don’t worry! Be happy!

An excellent post. Worry consumes you, eats you up inside and destroys you. No, I am not a worrier. I just take action. Worrying about things that you have no control over is such a waste of time and energy.
