You Anger Free

Anger is always a big problem to control. Some tips to let this problem reduce.

There are times when everyone gets angry and the level of anger varies from person to person. The intervals between you getting angry also vary from person to person. Some gets angry very rarely and others very frequently, some gets angry too much are the ones who are difficult to make them smile. And others very little and are easy to get them smile again. I am trying to give some tips which will help you relive your anger.

As anger is the worst thing when it is a very high level it may break you relationship with your partner, dear friends, relatives and so on.

  • Books: Books are the best source of reliving your anger. Go in a corner in your house and stat reading a book or a magazine or a newspaper, whichever interests you the most. Doing this will divert you from the topic on which you are angry and all will be well after a span of time.

  • Stroll around: Go for a walk in a silent street and think something which gives you pleasure, instead of thinking about something that bothers you. Walk also helps you relive your anger as you are not in front or in contact with the person on whom you are angry.

  • Keep Mum: Silence is the best remedy for an angry heart. As you are not talking to the person with whom you are angry is the best thing to happen. If you don’t talk and keep silent then the chances of going something wrong will be zero for sure.
  • Go in the park: Go in the nearby park and sit on a bench. Its really not funny trust me, Going in the park means that you are looking at kids who are playing laughing and enjoying. I think there is no one who will not start smiling if a kid smiles at you. So if you smile your anger is already gone.

  • Drink water: Again no jokes. Drinking water with closed eyes makes you feel real better. Once you close your eyes and drink water, water brushes all your anger along and goes deep inside from where it will not come out again.

Like the one about “keep silent”. Even if it is a problem that must be addressed, doing it in anger will not help.
