You Had a Bad Day
Having a bad day? Everything that could have gone wrong did, and now you’re just looking for something to cheer yourself up?
Everyone’s had chethose days where nothing seems to go your way. Now you’re feeling a little depressed and you don’t know what to do with yourself. Great, just another bad thing in a miserable day. How can you turn it around now? There are actually lots of things you can do to make it better; the important thing to remember is to forget about all of it.
Worrying about your day when you can’t do anything about it won’t help, so why not just forget about it? It will do you a world of good, and it could stop you from going on a sugar binge to cheer you up. Now the question is how do you forget about the horrors of your day.
Relax
Do whatever you would normally do to relax. Watch TV, take a warm bath, do some yoga; whatever you like. Don’t worry if you have work to do (unless of course it’s really, drastically urgent) just take some time for yourself to relax and let the build up of stress melt away. Speaking of melt, why don’t you have a little bit of chocolate too? But remember, eat in moderation!
Spend time with friends
Good friends will be able to make you completely forget about your bad day and put you in a good mood for the rest of the night. Play some sports, go out for dinner, go clubbing, watch movies, it doesn’t matter just get together and have some fun! And, no offence to them, but try to stay away from those friends who cause drama. They could be great friends, but drama probably won’t help your stressful state.
Just Laugh
Laughing can be the best medicine, so why not try it out? Theres a few things you can do to get yourself giggling like a little school girl. Comedy networks, they exist for the purpose of making you laugh, watch them. Another thing that I do for some cheap laughs is to go to FML.com. It’s a site where people post things that happened to them during the day that basically just sucks, but can really make you laugh. Maybe you can even post something yourself. Yeah, you’re laughing at someone else, but it’s all in good fun.
Really hope this article helped you. We all have bad days, just remember to forget and have a great day tomorrow. Best wishes.

Great one! I have days like these. Usually, I just work out longer at the gym and then have lunch and I feel better. You’re right, comedy shows have a way of making us laugh.
