Suffering from a low self esteem?

Struggling with Self-Esteem Problems?

If you Feel like this

  • I constantly have to change myself to fit into the framework of who you want me to be.
  • I am never good enough.
  • I have no self respect because in your eyes I do everything wrong.
  • You spit your negative words all around my personal space, your hatred consumes my everyday life and I am unworthy.
  • Incapable to be loved for who I am.
  • I am not allowed to speak my mind, in fact, I should not use my mind because when I do I am stepped upon, judged and told how wrong I am.
  • I have no right to live my life the way I want to.
  • I am narrowminded for wanting to be who I am.
  • I am constantly blamed, disregarded and cursed for being such a dirty disguisting little worm.

Then Remember the following

  • I have a right to be loved and excepted as I am.
  • I have permission from God to use my brain
  • I have a right to my own perception, point of view and belief system.
  • I have a right to be a mother.
  • I have a right to disagree.
  • I have a right to be respected.
  • I have a right to be different.
  • I have a right to be original.
  • I have a right to my own feelings even if they are absurd.
  • I have a right to think my own thoughts.
  • I have a right to live and be comfortable in my own skin.
  • I have a birthright to exist and be just the way I am.

Very good idea here. Low self esteem is probably the biggest killer of dreams ever. If more of us would realize our value the world would be a much better place.
