For A Level 1 Seller the following has to happen:

Sellers have to make at least 10 orders with excellent ratings and track record. I have had 8 completed orders so far and all have had good reviews. I now have 3 orders in queue as well. Most of these orders is from one repeat customer who goes by the name of “Yoddlingpa.” I’m really thankful for this person who appreciates my art work so much and as a result keeps ordering work from me.

Another thing about being a Level 1 Seller is that I now have access to features that will enable me to offer advanced services and make more money. I find this really great and truly amazing and originally I though Fiverr was a rip off but no longer.

So come on and order a gig from me today!

http://fiverr.com/thexenales

Please note: If you order from me to illustrate to a song, I really need those lyrics. I’m not deaf but it is hard for me to hear sometimes. Other than that I will be more than happy to do work for you. Order a gig from me today and look at the reviews I have if you aren’t too sure. Thanks!

Ever wondered how it feels to be a middle child? Well, this is from a middle child's own point of view.

Have you got an older and younger sibling(s)? If yes, then that makes you a middle child and some people say that there is such thing as “Middle Child Syndrome”, and being one has its own ups and downs, I’ve experienced them myself. You might think that this is all scientific stuff and all that, well folks, sorry to disappoint you but its not. Actually its just an opinion straight out from a middle child who has one older and four younger siblings.

Now, lets start citing the reasons why I hate and sometimes like being one. Being 2nd, 3rd, or nth among 5 or more kids makes you a middle child and one of the most common things that happens to you, whether you like it or not, is getting those ‘hand-me-down’ stuff that your older sibling(s) had before. Those stuffs come in different forms like clothes, toys, shoes, and even some school supplies like books and bags. Your parents always tell you that the family needs to save money that’s why you have to use your brother/sister’s old things. Next is that your parents will always try to compare you to your older sibling and believe me, this sucks especially when he/she does better than you at school, and it’s hard when it seems like your parents always wants you to do the same (although I wasn’t a bad student myself). Third is that whenever you and your older sibling got into a fight, your parents will tell you that you shouldn’t disrespect someone who is older than you, but this rule does not apply to you if you got into a fight with your youngest brother/sister, instead they will reprimand you and tell you that you should’ve atleast try to understand your brother/sister because she is younger than you. Next is that, although I’m not sure if you agree, some people say that parents never give the same amount of attention to their middle kids as much as they do doting on thier first and last borns.

You may or may not agree with what i just wrote but there are still some things that I’ve learned being one. I’ve learned to understand my parents better at an early age. I learned that they let me use my sister’s old things because we can’t really buy stuff all the time and we ned to set our priorities. Next is that I’ve been more patient when it comes to my siblings, I learned how to appreciate them and understand that we are different and there’s really no need for me to fight with them over nonsense things. And last I’ve learned to appreciate my self in every way possible. And since my parents gave a little more attention to my older and younger siblings, I learned how to excel in the things that I do in order for them to know that they can count on me. I am a middle child and I am proud to be one.

Human needs arising from the existence of something that has not been met and the individual feels that something must be fulfilled in another sense is that the individual has a goal to be achieved and.

Human needs arising from the existence of something that has not been met and the individual feels that something must be fulfilled in another sense is that the individual has a goal to be achieved and to achieve the goal according to Schiffman and Kanuk (2000), individual needs are innate and which others perceived as acquired. Innate needs or requirements is a major physiological needs like food, clothing, shelter, water, shelter, etc.. This requirement must be met for the survival of the individual concerned.

In the meantime, acquired needs or so-called secondary needs are the needs which the individual is obtained from the learning process in responding to the culture and environment of the individual.

Thus, human needs can be either natural or acquired form of learning outcomes and influenced by environment and culture of the individual. Which are natural human needs are needs that must be met by individuals to carry out his life. Meanwhile, the human needs that arise because of the learning process is a real requirement is not necessary for individual survival, but this needs to be filled with individuals as well as cultural environment in which individuals live requires the individual to behave in accordance with the cultural values that ultimately can make a goal for himself acceptable in that environment. Purpose made course will make the individual should do something in order to achieve the goal and that’s where the acquired emerging needs.

Individual needs can be met is in fact not absolute. However, individuals feel that these individuals feel their needs met by a reduction in tension of the tension reduction to meet those needs. As more and more people consuming or using something that individuals can meet their needs, then the tension of the individual to fulfill similar needs will be even less so on its own individual feel that no longer need to meet similar needs because he already felt that their needs are met.

In the same needs, sometimes people do different ways. Different ways to meet the same need depends on the process of learning and cognitive processes experienced by the individual. In addition, the same needs in different ways because of differences in goals or need fulfillment. Therefore, sometimes a particular product that can satisfy one of the individuals, may not be able to satisfy other people because there are differences.

It Will Make A Differience.

I am one of three girls and if we’re not careful myself and my two sisters can end up fighting like cat and dog and all hell breaks lose. Siblings can be hard to get along with but if you set yourselves these ground rules you will get along much better and may even end up becoming friends.

Set Ground Rules – Such as actually asking if you can borrow something instead of just taking it. This is the one thing me and my sisters used to fight about often but lately we having been fighting less simply because they ask if they can borrow my stuff instead of just taking it out of my room.

Spend Time Together – Even if you just spend 5 minutes asking them how their day was it will make a world of difference. Agree to spend some time together at least one day a week. Having a Movie night and pig out in front of the television or go out for dinner. If your having fun with each other you will spend less time arguing and you won’t want to kill each other most of the time.

Classroom design in inclusive schools.

Learners with disabilities are quite often ignored when they don’t perform well in academics. Most of the time the cause of their declining performance lies within the four walls of the classroom. It should be understood that these learners have special needs and when these needs are not met learning becomes difficult to them. This article will shed light on how the design of the classroom influences the education of children who live with disabilities.

Every child has a right to be educated whether disabled or not and both the parents and educators want their learners to get the best out of theeducation system. When both sides realize that the students are not performing as expected they should consider checking out whether the design of the classroom is compatible with the needs of children with disabilities.

Most schools have smaller classrooms because when the structures were being put up there was not enough money. This is because bigger classrooms require more building materials. Learners without special needs can cope with such a situation but it would be extremely difficult for children with disabilities because they require enough space for them to be able to move around the classroom when the need arises.

Space is vital to children with disabilities because it makes it possible for them to be able to interact with other learners and as well as the environment. For instance majority of these children use walking aides such as wheel chairs and when there is no adequate space their movements bothers the other learners and becomes clumsy and nuisance. Sometimes the teacher needs to establish relationships with such learners in order to be able to know what areas in class sessions need more attention but then if the teacher’s movement is hindered by congestion the performance of such learners continues to decline.

Further more children with disabilities require individual attention from the teacher just like the other children and if the classroom is congested it would be difficult for the teacher to reach such learners. In such a case the teacher may not realize theweaknesses that the learner has with regard to learning.

The choice of interior classroom color is also important because children don’t like dull colors. It would be better if the walls and ceilings are painted with bright colors so that the children can feel like they are still at home. Dull colors make them feel like they are out of place and some may become recessive when they enter such a classroom. Having the walls painted in bright colors and complemented with drawings that are appealing to children such as cartoon characters helps them develop a liking for school environment because they feel like they are still at home.

Sometimes the windows play a role in the decline in the performance of children with special needs. This is because if the windows can not resist the noise from outside and the children’s attention will be carried away by the events that are taking place outside the classroom. By the time their focus shifts back to the teacher they would have missed important lessons. It is therefore important to raise the window frames so that the learners’ attention is not interfered by external noise and events.

The blackboard should also be placed in close vicinity to the children so that they can see clearly what is written on it without having to strain. When the blackboard is at the extreme end of the classroom the children don’t see exactly what’s written on the board and thus end up missing some points of sentences and formulas.

In addition to that lack of ventilation in the classroom can cause the room to have high temperatures and this can cause the learners to doze while the lesson is in progress and thus not understand what is being taught. The furniture that is used in the classroom should offer maximum comfort so that the learner does not feel irritated by the rough edges and protrusions that could other harm him/her.

Besides that the classroom furniture should offer smooth body coordination such that if the learner wishes to move his legs or arms he should do so without straining. This makes it possible for the learners to actively participate in learning activities and pay attention to what is being taught in the classroom. Electrical wiring should be done with a lot of care because if the wires are left hanging the learners can pull them unknowingly and result in electrocution. The classroom should be put in such a way that other equipments such as computers and assistive devices can be easily integrated into the classroom.

Besides that children with disabilities need some time to play just like the other children and since they can not stand on their own the classroom should have a designated area that can be used for playing. Playing allows the minds of children to refresh and discover their abilities.

Moreover playing makes them get used to their condition and learn how to maneuver without requiring somebody else’s assistance. Denying them an opportunity to play is like denying them their childhood. The exit and entry of the classroom should be wide enough to prevent them from bumping each other as they leave and enter the classroom. It is very easy for contagious and airborne illnesses to be spread in congested classrooms and therefore if an illness of such nature was reported it often affects the entire class and the learners have to go for medication when they should have been learning.

It is better to have fewer learners that are manageable rather than have many learners and make the teachers become overwhelmed. It would be better to have bigger classrooms for the disabled children because in such classrooms the teachers are able to reach out to the learners when the need arises.

In such classrooms the sitting arrangements are made in a way that there is enough space for both the learner and the teacher to move around. Further more spacious classrooms enhance the development of disabled children because they are able to interact with the environment and become independent and exercise control over their environment.

Meeting the needs of disabled children while designing their classroom offers them equal opportunities. By ignoring the design of the classroom educators would have themselves to blame because it’s only the first learners who would excel in academics. In fact teachers should consider conducting their lessons outdoors when the weather is favorable if the classroom is congested.

In conclusion teachers should use appropriate teaching methods in congested classrooms to ensure that all the learners have equal learning opportunities so that when they sit for exams the teacher is certain that they will perform as expected. The teacher should make arrangements with the school administrationto make sure that the materials that are used in learning are displayed appropriately. Since the teacher is the one who spends most his/her time with disabled children he/she should provide counsel to the school administration when new structures are being put up so that they can be constructed in a way that they can accommodate disabled children.

How children grow from infants to fully grown adults.

The development of a child is a gradual process that starts at conception in a woman’s womb. After a child is born the physical and mental growth commences. But most people focus on physical development and ignore the mental growth which is equally important. Various theorists have come up with theories that explain the logic behind a child’s development. One of the most famous theorists is Albert Bandura whose theory states that a child learns by observation.Life would be a living hell if our knowledge was limited to personal experiences. Take the children for example when they are born they can’t speak so learning for them is based on what they see others do. This argument is supported by Bandura’s theory. This kind of learning is important for kids because if they were to learn by experimenting on their own some would die in the process of learning. This is because children are surrounded by diverse objects some of which could be dangerous like fire and water.

The argument pointed out by Bandura’s theory is very true because if you watched the way children behave you will notice that their actions are imitations of their parents or the people with whom they spend most of their time with. For instance young girls like playing with dolls and you will realize that they take care of their dolls just like they see other females nurse their babies. Even when they are playing their games they integrate what their seniors do in their plays. For instance a child who acts like a mother performs house hold chores just like her mother or female guardian does.

Bandura’s theory argues that children also use the same words that they hear others using in their speech even when they don’t know the meaning of those words. For instance children who interact with rude people are most likely to become rude because they learn from those who are around them. Another example is in regard to sex, nobody is taught how to have sex and children too learn it by coincidence and later experiment what they have seen. This means that although they have sex organs they don’t know how they are supposed to use them until they see other people using them.

In fact children have the best memory compared to adults because they hardly forget what they see and hear. They can retain images and words into their mind for a long time.Bandura’s theory states that for observational learning to be a success the learner must concentrate on the activity of interest because having divided attention can hinder the learning process. In a class room setting a child can not acquire the required knowledge if he/she is carried away by other events that are taking place in the learning environment.

This is why most educators advocate for silence in learning environments. This rule is especially applied in school environment because the other non learning activities cause confusion in the child’s mind. For instance a child who is learning to speak in his/her native language may be confused if he/she is exposed to another foreign language and in the final end that child’s language will be confused.

Another aspect that is highlighted in Bandura’s theory is that of redoing the activity that one has seen others do. This is called reproduction and most of the time it has to be done several times before perfection is attained. For instance a child may watch how the people in his/her house hold turn on the television either by using remote control or manually. Initially the child may not switch it on but repetition will probably lead to perfection.

Bandura’s theory emphasizes on motivation because it’s thought to enhance learning. This motivation is provided through rewarding the learner where necessary by giving them presents. On the other hand the learner who does not follow instructions is punished as a way of correcting his/her behavior. Children learn what is wrong and right by the response they get from those around them.

Bandura’s theory can be applied in an inclusive class but its success is determined by the dedication of the educators in helping the child discover his/her full potential. Children with special needs also learn like their counterparts but their progress is slow because of the disabilities that normally make it difficult for them to do what the see others doing. For instance a child who has disabled legs may be willing to take part in a particular sporting activity but he/she needs special equipment such as a wheel chair in order to move about the field like the other children. It is therefore important for schools to ensure that there are adequate equipments that are designed for special learners because they are the ones that enhance their learning.

According to act 504 of American with disabilities children with disabilities should be able to learn just like other learners regardless of their situation and it clearly explains that it’s against the law to discriminate such learners. Teachers should thereby develop customized curriculum for learners with special needs and the curriculum should be parallel to that of ordinary children.

Educators and the society at large should be patient when handling children with special needs. This means that they should be allowed to learn at their own pace because rushing them will create confusion in their minds.

The educators should be cautious when teaching such children because if they are not careful the child might feel offended by being looked down by his/her class mates. In an inclusion class ordinary learners should be counseled on how to appreciate their counterparts. This will enhance their interaction which can be very beneficial to learners with special needs. This is because they need emotional support while in class and outside. This is where motivation comes in and it’s very important for their development.

The major challenge in an inclusion class is punishment because when such children engage in an activity that should be discouraged by punishment it’s difficult to isolate them from the rest of the learners without offending them. In such a case the kind of punishment they are subjected to should be lenient compared to that imposed on ordinary learners.

Act 504 advocates for tailor made facilities in order to make the incorporation of children with special needs into an ordinary school a smooth process. This involves developing structures such as toilets that are designated to children with special needs. In addition to that they should be provided with the necessary equipments. The progress of children with special needs in classroom should be reflected in their performance. In such a case one expects them to be on the same level with ordinary learners and if they lag behind this means that something somewhere is wrong. Decline in academic performance means that the learners are being taught things at a faster rate than their counter parts which translates to negligence on the part of the educator. Teachers of inclusion classes should pay special attention to children with disabilities because this will help them identify their weaknesses and strengths and thus find the areas that need to be given special attention in every special learner.

Punishment suggests that something should not be done again and reward means that the activity was appreciated and thus should be done again in future. Punishment can be in various forms but the most common ones are smacking and denial of certain things like food and entertainment. The form of punishment is determined by the child’s age and the consequences of the mistake done.

In a typical class room it is important to explain to a child the consequences of her/his mistakes instead of just smacking them because they may translate the correction into hatred and thus the purpose of punishment will loose its significance. Moreover a child could get used to smacking so it’s important to look for the most appropriate form of punishment.

Now that it’s certain that children learn through observation it is the responsibility of every adult including their teachers to be careful when in the presence of children because they are the childrens’ role models and this means that their actions can be misleading to the children. In conclusion educators must be quick to appreciate good behavior in class rooms and also discourage bad behavior by punishment because unless we take such affirmative actions our societies will be a total mess and we will have ourselves to blame. Besides that parents should not leave the whole burden of educating their children to the teachers hence all parents and guardians and relatives and the society at large has a role in a child’s learning process.

Learners with disabilities are quite often ignored when they don’t perform well in academics. Most of the time the cause of their declining performance lies within the four walls of the classroom. It should be understood that these learners have special needs and when these needs are not met learning becomes difficult to them.
