However, instead of  choosing between the two — why not shop at both?

The joy of shopping in general is to have lots of choices.  There is no need to narrow down your shopping to either Macy’s or  J. C. Penney — even though you may have a personal favorite.

Valentine’s Day is celebrated all over the world. This event-full day is giving people the chance to show their ample gratitude to their most treasured loved ones. May it be their parents, lovers or partners in life. 

We all celebrate this through giving flowers, chocolates, going out to dinner dates and in any imaginable way just to express our love to the special people in our lives. Most of the people on this very day are in their Romantic mode. All the cheesy, crazy ideas are brought to life just to surprise their partners or to some to make a good impression to get a date.

But, out of this day I began  to think. Why is it that most people only do these things just for one day? Why do we do something special to our loved ones only in a day?

Valentine’s has its own unique meaning, and if we  truly believe in it. Celebrating Valentine’s everyday in our own simple but special way, we can let out loved ones feel that we don’t only let them experience Valentine’s once a year but, the whole year round.

If you enjoy a good party make your way down to New Orleans one year to check it out for yourself. Don’t discredit something till you have given it a chance. Even in 2005 a year that brought destruction in the city of New Orleans Mardi Gras continued. That tells you something about the people who carry this tradition and a great deal about the tradition itself. New Orleans is a great city filled with spirit and a rich history. Mardi Gras is a very popular event but is one ignored by the nations largest television networks. Why not broadcast this event for the nation?
