I also recall speaking to a friend about superannuation and explaining costing as I worked in the industry at one time and amounts saved in a policy of this type. Where-as also I said to another friend; a work friend that I really wanted to retire by age 55, all going well.

     In a scene I was on a dirt road and in a moving car as we drive past my old leading hand as he stood isolated  and I waved good-bye to him. This suggestion of moving forward is obvious whilst he travels his own path.

     In happier dreams I walk along a country road with and without others.

     I was in a scene where I saw this figure out in the cosmos, I saw this whirling motion called mezla; an energy. Within the stars and planets I was there in spirit so light and fast, but to witness it and hear the whoosh in outer space was indeed fantastic as I was truly in astral flight. I saw this as a futuristic prophecy where I resembled a tower that would or could be a target for terrorist acts well it has already happened although I had this in 2002 yet there were later attempts round the world. I had reported it to Government as a safety precaution.

     I could see my partner in a dream state due to signs apparent to us. She was also helping in my notes of study and what the sign Cancer represents astrologically speaking and what colours and tones are in use  in times of affliction and disease affecting one. Flowing from this I could see my Grand-Mother seated in a lounge chair surrounded by family members,happy smiling away and her face was white and red as it simply glowed in the light yet her hair was grey although not that grey as I recall the last time I saw her. I still regret not seeing her in the hospital as we were very close and we had a special bond which is not shared with anyone in the world. Even in death she is close by me I know.

     I could see a vision of my father whilst I was in a conscious state. he sat in my lounge chair and was dressed in a robe which in colour was an inner white and outer black. He smiled as I walked briskly past and through the room. This was just after we arrived from a short holiday in Sydney, Australia approx September 14, 2007. My friend says that he visited him also and always sat in a lounge reclining chair I had sold him as it came from my house the attachment shared.

It is fun chatting with people but the one I will put my focus on is the one that is seeking his partner for life. The one that knows the way to a ladies heart is not in his trousers or his pocketbook.The one that makes time to know me.

So he isnt a body builder neither am I..So he isnt rich neither am I. But he will know how to love me. He will know how to respect me. And he will be himself with me. And we make one helluva team 

If you truly want someone go after them. Show them you are interested and if you feel inside you are being played,You probably are..walk away. Don’t waste anymore time on them.

Like the saying. “Don’t make someone an priority when you are only a option”. I have done that plenty of times here. I have heard I can’t wait to meet you..Then I laugh since it is a man about 15 minutes from me and he has said the same thing for months. Well while you sit around and wait, scared to call or trying to play the field my search continues.

NASA said the earthquake our neighbor, Chile, would have modified the Earth’s axis at 8 centimeters. This would, arguably, part of the prophecies that speak of a significant and profound change in the world today.

The 8.8-degree earthquake that rocked Chile could have consequences for the whole planet, since you moved the Earth’s axis so that now the days are shorter because of it.

The expert from the U.S. space agency, Richard Gross, used a complex mathematical model whose preliminary results indicate that the quake “should have shortened the length of a day at about 1.26 microseconds land,” said the NASA website.

In 2004, following the earthquake in Sumatra - Andaman used the same calculation model for understanding the implications of the quake. This time, the earthquake measured 9.1 magnitudes on the Richter scale. At that time it was estimated that the day could have been shortened to 6.8 microseconds and the earth’s axis was leaning three inches.

According to experts, any world event involving the movement of mass affects the Earth’s rotation, because an earthquake moves massive amounts of rocks, thereby altering the distribution of mass on the planet. In this case as Gross points out, the impact was greater because the movement was near the South Pole.

The specialist explained that NASA also responsible for the failure of the earthquake in Chile has a slightly steeper angle than the fault responsible for the Sumatra-Andaman earthquake.

This scientific observation might support some of the fears about the Mayan prophecies.

The prophecies say that about the year 2006 would begin a time of darkness which would force the hand of man: great cataclysms that would suggest the human race the way you are living, making it better.

In that sense, the earthquake would be added to a series of high-impact disasters have occurred worldwide in the last decade: Sumatra, China, Haiti and Chile.

This type of earthquake devastation not only involve places and loss of human lives but also an important social impact, in which thousands of people propound the way they are living, ecosystem damage, loss the sense that we take human nature.

Despite having garnered more criticism than praise, Anderson made his parade to show the world their new acquisitions: a few months ago was operated to reduce their breast size and thereby achieve a more proportionate figure.

The problem may well be thought of in terms of how to handle yourself rather than in terms of how to handle others.

You tend to know your best friends or friends good or bad attitudes and habits better than your own family members. From the way they handle their problems to the ‘naughty’ things they did with their so called lovers, everything are in your safe pocket. Because of that, you should have well recognised your BFF and you should be able to choose which one is bad and good influence to you. Don’t be too nice to your BFF till it slap you back on your face.

Sometimes you feel sorry when your BFF is jobless. And to make things even more difficult is when they keep on asking you for a favour to get them a job. And it is not an impossible favour when in your company has a position to be filled. Without hesitation, you quickly suggest your BFF to the top management. Please bear in mind that if your BFF has potential certainly you also will gain some credit from it. But if it’s the other way round, your BFF is just simply weak or even lazy in performing she’s/his duty, definitely you will regret that you’ve fulfilled the favour. So please thing twice to avoid yourself from being at stake and the top management looses their trust in you.

 Money is also a very sensitive issue no matter how close you are with your BFF. IF you already know their ‘bad track record’ of repaying debts, don’t be too generous in lending big chunk of your money because before you even realise it you also may end up like them. If you have this type of BFF and you wanted to help them, please give it (small amount) freely and sincerely without expecting them to repay or return the favour. Simply because if she/he fail to pay you back, you won’t keep it in your heart and your relationship with them will not turned sour.

Don’t even thing to ask your BFF to go for holiday ala ‘backpacker’ if your BFF is the type of mommy’s boy or daddy’s girl. It is not because you are very choosy in selecting your friends to tagged along for vacation, it’s just because you don’t want to make your trip a difficult one. I mean difficult not about the trip is long and hard but because you need to become your BFF personal nurse when she/he get a small cut or even nanny during her/his nature’s call. At the end, the trip you plan which could be joyful with great memories turns into grumpy one with lots of memories pleasing your BFF.

You are planning to get married soon and you need your BFF to help you with it. As a norm, any BFF would say yes because it is one of the moments in your life. But please make sure that you give a task that is suitable for them. If you know that your BFF is kind of unorganized or even incapable of organizing themselves, avoid giving task like sending your wedding invitation cards because your BFF may accidently miss out sending the cards to an important guests. Maybe it is better to let your BFF off by becoming the guest instead being your wedding helper.

The other 90 % is radiated as “heat”. Granted, the initial cost for this lamp cluster assembly is still higher, but when we consider the LED lamp “life” estimated to be 100,000 hours and therefore lower replacement along with labor cost, the pay-back is quick and fairly permanent. These benefits are not even considering the ongoing 90 % energy cost savings.

Lighting Facts…I Wanna Know ! Some Quick Mind Awakening

1.- To shatter an LED lamp would require more than 1,000 G’s of impact force! To shatter an incandescent lamp would only require less than 10 G’s

2.- The time it takes for an incandescent light to turn on(to its maximum brightness) is about 1/10 of a second.

3.- It takes much less than 1/1,000,000 of a second for the LED to accomplish the same thing and a generally accepted Led spec.. One might say , “who cares” ? Well, when Led lighting is used for an automobile brake light, 1/10 of a second greater reaction time can mean the difference between stopping in time, or a collision, with possible severe injury to some, or all of the occupants.

The 2010 Oscars date and time announcement states that this year’s Oscar’s event will begin at 8 PM EST live from sunny California.

According to news releases, the The 2010 Oscars red carpet event is scheduled to commence at 8 PM EST and you can catch Hollywood’s biggest stars strut on the red carpet and talk about their glamorous outfits and movie roles.

This year’s red carpet event is definitely bound to be very interesting with every celebrity trying to outdo the other when it comes to fashion.

Due to some media wars, ABC has canned all plans to show the Oscars to people in from New York and instead viewers will only see a blank screen till ABC’s differences with Cabletelevision are cleared.

If this were not awful enough Britain also suffers from a spreading infection called ‘Managerialism.‘

Managerialism starts with the government decreeing a new policy that must be implemented everywhere. The policy is apparently for the common good and may or may not have merit.

The first thing that Local Government and all public bodies, must do is create a managerial post at a significant salary – minimum £70k, in a new department or attached to an existing department. Then adverts must be placed for people to be managed, and they in turn must have salaries ranging from £25k to £35k.

When, after six months or so, all is in place these people then set about interfering in people’s lives by setting targets and requiring monthly returns of data.

Then because the Manager has nothing left to do the original task is deemed not to be comprehensive enough and the manager adds additional tasks. Managerialism when you distill its very essence is a) to find things for other people to do that distract from real work b) to create new manager posts c) to justify their own existence.

Since Managerialism is now rampant in Britain you see the slow inexorable decline of Hospital Standards, Nursing Standards, Educational Standards, in fact wherever there are standards to be maintained Managerialism undermines them.

The front line staff and the recipients of front-line care are no longer as important as sending in bits of paper showing targets have been met. That there are unpleasant unforeseen consequences to the recipients of front-line services is irrelevant to Managerialism.

Managers are expected to apply laws such as Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, the Data Protection Act, Human Rights act, and so on. Data is now so protected that any question is refused an answer because of the Data Protection Act regardless of whether the question would breach any form of confidentiality. This is of course because Managers are office workers and not trained lawyers or teachers, etc., and so have no sense of proportion. In fact they all enjoy saying “No”

Managerialism is always the route through which cuts and job losses are made. Consequently Managers employ more managers of the junior kind to implement cuts and then they freely remove Carers, Nurses, Cleaners etc., but never pen pushers. As cuts are made the ratio of administrators to people who do real work grows because administrators never sack themselves.
