For its part, the World Health Organization(WHO) defines sexual health as a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality; it is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction or infirmity. Male sexual health, to be properly observed, must be free from discrimination, violence and coercion. Now with this in mind, let us ask ourselves, is male sexual health being observed in an avenue of chronic sexual abuse?

However, according to a recent study, men do have second thoughts in filing a law suit against a female co-worker or supervisors. 

There are a lot of male abuses that are being reported nowadays. With this, men are slowly opening up to the fact that they need not to conceal the harsh things that they experienced in the workplace. They are slowly being educated with what they need to know about healthy male sexuality.    

Sexual health, as defined, requires an agreement and respectful approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences. Men do need to enjoy these acts of procreation. But how in the world would a man enjoy such things under harsh and uncomfortable circumstance? (Yes, men also can feel awkwardness.) 

Observing male sexual health doesn’t necessarily only mean the ability to enjoy and engage in sexual activity.  More than that, it is the idea of protecting one’s healthy sexuality within his utmost ability. The sad part is, some male, due to the preconceived notions of male abrasiveness, keep mum about the issue and continue to live their lives as if nothing nefarious has transpired.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Federal agency in charge of administrative and judicial enforcement of the federal civil rights laws, enjoins all male who have experienced sexual advances and abuse to file complaint following first the company’s protocol on such complaints. They also said that if the employer cannot – or will purposely not – act on the complaint, their agency is willing to help you in all means possible. 

Men also have the right to seek justice for any sexual abuse that has been done to them. Being open about it doesn’t necessarily make you less of a man, but the idea vigilance further stress the mark of being a man. Keeping mum on the issue wouldn’t help at all. Being vocal about it, however, could call attention and would secure proper and immediate actions to be dished out to you.

Simplify both sides of the equation enough to remove any parentheses.

One of the problems of the n900 is the battery drain. Many a times I find on getting up that my phone shut down due to battery loss unless I charge it every other day. Thus I found on the net something to fix this small problem for me. Another patch called batterypatch was available for us n900 users. Follow the steps given below:

 Step 1) Ensure all above application catalogues are enabled (and internet access available).

Step 2) Then go to the app manager and say ‘download’.

Step 3) Select the All option

Step 4) Then type batterypatch (if kernel power is enabled) and batterypatch-non-kp(if not enabled) using your keyboard.

Step 5) Then select the only choice possible

Step 6) Done!!

2. “Determine” your current position. Once you are clear with step 1,”determining’ what winning looks like for you and your team, it is then vital to step back and clarify your current situation. 3. “Determine” strengths to leverage/gaps to fill. Once the first two steps are accomplished, you should have a clear idea of where you’re going (what winning looks like) and where you are (what is your current position.) If you think about it, you have a pretty good “map’ of the road ahead; now it’s time to work on how to get from “here” to “there.” Everyone, every team, and every business has strengths and too often we begin our work in this are by focusing on the gaps, not the strengths of a person, team, or, business. Start by identifying key, leverageable strengths and work on how best to leverage those strengths in the year ahead. What strengths will most help us win? Which strengths should we leverage first or most in the months ahead? Start with the strengths! Once your strengths are identified, then and only then should you focus on the gaps. What gaps lie in the way of you and your team winning in 2012? What are the top three gaps in your current business situation that if not fixed in the month ahead will most affect (negatively) your ability to win?

By using this simple three step process, you can transform the foundational concept of “Determination: Firmness of Purpose, Resoluteness” into a set of actions that will accelerate success in the year ahead!

It took the victim nine years to muster the courage to lodge a police report exposing what her soldier father did to her.

The woman, now aged 20, claimed that her father also locked her up in a room when she was in Year Six and sexually abused her.

She was only given food during those few days and was not allowed to attend school.

The abuse purportedly lasted for five years, beginning when she was in Year Five until she ran away from home.

She also claimed in her Jan 11 report that there had been occasions when her father tied her to the bed and also inserted objects into her private parts.

The woman alleged that she endured a torturous period under the care of her father and claimed she got the courage to lodge the report after four years only because her aunt had assured her that she would not be harmed.

Her relative, who requested anonymity, claimed the victim told him that her father had raped and sexually abused her.

He alleged the woman’s mother was aware of the abuse but kept silent because of her husband’s fierce character.

The victim had on numerous occasions complained to her mother but her pleas went unheeded.

“Her mother even advised the victim to put up with the ordeal to avoid annoying her husband,” he claimed.

The relative alleged that the father became more daring after realising his wife would not take any action, resulting in him making sexual advances towards his daughter in the presence of his wife and other family members.

“She stayed at the relative’s house until she completed her SPM,” he said.

Besides lodging the police report, they also asked Wanita MCA for help.

Its chief Datuk Yu Chok Tow said they would assist the woman in seeking legal redress based on the outcome of the police report.

First of all you need you make yourself an account.

Step 1

First, go to the Stronghold of Security, which is located in Barbarian Village. Go to the Homepage and set some Recovery Questions under the “Account Management” section, this way you can get through the Stronghold (if you try to go through the Stronghold, a message will pop up telling you to set some recovery questions before moving on). After setting your recovery questions, buy some food (trout, tuna, salmon is a necessity because you WILL DIE down there without good food) and venture through the Stronghold, through the doors until you get to the room with the chest. From there, you will receive 2K coins, and will be able to go down to the next level of the Stronghold. Climb down the ladder. Go through more doors until you reach the room with the giant sack of grain. Take from the sack, and you will get 3K coins.

Step 2

Next, go down the ladder and you will be in the Third level of the Stronghold. Venture through this one, being aware that the monsters here can hit up to 70 points of damage, and it is recommended you bring food that heals 50 Hitpoints(trout will do) or more. Now, at the end of this level there will be a Box of Health which restores all of your Hitpoints, and gives you 5K coins.

Step 3

Then, you can go to the next and final level of the Stronghold and obtain either Fighter boots or Colorful boots. Climb to the top of the Stronghold and head North until you reach a small gray building. Go inside the cellar door, and you will see a room with jailed goblins and a Guard. Talk to the guard, skip what he says, and then go to the busted jail cell door with the poster inside. Click the “pull-back” option on the poster and go northeast. Northwest of the dungeon, there is a room where you will see cockroaches Level-83 and a lever. Pull the lever, and outside the room to your east there will be some stairs. Go down the stairs and head east and through the door. Walk around till you find a chest, and open it. You will receive 10K coins, 2 experience lamps granting 500 experience per lamp, and a pair of fighting gloves to match the fighting boots (if you selected those of course).

Step 4

After that, go to the Grand Exchange with your 20K coins, and buy all scimitars up to Adamant (unless you are planning to be an obby maul pure, then only get up to steel or black). Buy a full set iron armor (recommended to buy each piece of it, and not the whole boxed set) and an amulet of Strength.

Step 5

Then, go to the chickens northeast of the Lumbridge re-spawn point, and kill them until you have about 15 Strength. Be sure to pick up feathers, as they can be sold fairly quick and are stack-able.

Step 6

Go to the Cows until you reach 30 Strength, and unless being an obby maul pure(P2p only), train your Attack to 5 or 10. Collect the cow hides and make trips to the bank depositing them. They help make quick money for low levels.

Step 7

Go to Al-kharid, with all your cowhides and tan them at Ellis’s Tannery. Bank them, and then go to the Al-Kharid Warriors in the palace north of the bank. There is a kebab seller that sells each kebab for 1gp each. Buying time is a little lengthy but it is right near the Al-Kharid palace and saves trips to the Grand Exchange. There are also some cabbage re-spawns nearby, but these heal 10 Hit-point each, and the warriors can all attack you at once if you do not find a safe spot. Train at the warriors until 40-50 Strength, and maybe 20 attack. (We are getting closer!)

Step 8

Now, Go to the Wizards (level 13) at Wizard Tower. Train until you have 51-60 Strength and 30 Attack.

( I recommend you buy RS MEMBERSHIP to make stuff go much faster…)

Step 9

For 60-70 Strength (f2p), I suggest Hill Giants. They are level 28 and have well over 200 Hitpoints, and they drop big bones, assortments of runes, and limpwurt roots and each of these drops sell for good money. Around these Strength levels,

( P2P beyond this point!)

Step 10

For 60-70 Strength (P2P) I suggest rock crabs. ( I had used rock crabs and leveled all the way to 80str)

Step 11

For 70-95 strength and 60-70-75 attack (f2p or P2p) i suggest spiders on the 3rd floor of the stronghold.( remember bring some food )

(I suggest you should buy membership now it would really help you out a lot….really!.)

Step 12

For 95-99 strength you can go back to experiments, go to lesser demons in karamja, or kill tzhaars until 99.( Congrats on your 99 STR!)
