13 Things I Love

Sometimes it’s the simple things that warm our hearts; here are 13 things I love.

It is a good idea to stop and reflect on just what makes us smile and feel good. Here are few of mine. What’s on your list?

1. Riverfront trolley rides

2. A good comedy – I love to laugh

3. A genuine smile

4. Criminal Minds

5. Papa Johns Pizza

6. Writing – I love to find out how the story ends.

7. Amazing people – especially if they don’t know that they are amazing.

8. Long kisses

9. Scent of honeysuckle

10. Walking on the river

11. The feel of misty rain

12. Waking in the morning

13. Knowing God loves me

I share all your loves except Papa John’s Pizza. I have not tasted it. Criminal minds teach us how deviant people convince themselves that crime is o.k. It’s amazing how they twist truth just like the devil. God is love and we do love him. Great list! I like to walk over by the Hudson River in my town to watch seagulls.

Thanks all – Criminal Minds teaches me to check the doors at night and listen for sounds. There is evil lurking, but, God is also watching.

Nice article and list. For me being an ole Kentucky boy through and through, nothing feels any better to me than waking up after the UK wildcats has beaten the “orange juice” out of the U. T. volunteers the night before in basketball…..haha
