We’ve had similar case in Noida (near New Delhi, India). I agree with Nelson; these people are psychotic and very, very sick. Rehabilitation isn’t easy at all.

This is why I support the death penalty in some cases (mass murderers being one such case).
I dont know that these extreme people can be rehabilitated, and shipping them off somewhere as thestickman said, isnt helping anyone.

Recidivism on sexual predators is something like 50%, and most sexual predators (of children) on average have committed as many as 50 acts before getting caught the first time. There have been cases where for instance, a child-predator is released after serving his/her time and is ‘placed’ in a home and the identity is not shared with local neighbors and worse, this ‘monitored home’ is within walking distance of a school because ‘it is close to the parole office’ making is ‘easier’ to monitor the released felon. -Your liberal views are shared! Bastards should get the ‘Florida treatment’; they are given a bus ticket to leave the state. Maybe they do, but they often end up living under a highway bridge because nobody wants to house them.
