Brothers in Monterrey Attacked

Two brothers were shot in the streets of Cologne Fomerrey 45 south of Monterrey.

After receiving several hits with a firearm, one of the injured identified as Heriberto Martinez Sanchez of 18 years died upon arrival at a local hospital.

The sister of the deceased, identified as Maria Magdalena Martinez Sanchez of 30 years, was admitted to another hospital for having a shot in the thigh of the left leg.

The attack occurred at the intersection of Paseo de la Cumbre and Paseo del Norte in that area known as The Estanzuela.

Paramedics from various bodies for help, moved to the injured but one of the young did not survive the attack.

During the events, the wife of the deceased, who is pregnant and apparently is a minor, suffered a nervous breakdown after witnessing the events.

So far we know the motive for the attack at night – Tuesday morning south of Monterrey.
