Although the criminal began in 1898 (to persecute the children) and then assault, theft, murder is not known until September first 1918.
From September 1898 to June 1924, he began to rape, murder and the victim at least 27 young men (ranging from age 10-22).
He killed many of his victims by biting their throats. He sells personal items obtained from the victim, and reported to sell their meat on the black market, although this may be just a rumor.
Haarmann is considered one of Germany’s most prolific killers, both for the victim and the horrible nature of his crime.
He was charged with 27 murders, convicted of 24 murders and was beheaded with a knife guletin, on April 15, 1925. Her last words were, ‘I repent, but I’m not afraid to die. “
His head was preserved in a bottle by scientists so that they can study his brain, and now in medical school Gottingen.
