German School Gunman’s Father Was Sentenced to Probation in Jail

Two years ago in southern Germany Winnendenis 15 people have killed themselves and 17-year old Tim’s father Jörg Kretschmer Kretschmer, was convicted of intentional murder and non-gun offense.

Jörg Kretschmerile 52-year-old was sentenced to 21-month suspended prison sentence. Stuttgart, the court found that the 15 non-Kretschmer, is guilty of intentional murder and 14 personal injury due to negligence, the Deutsche Welle.

Reiner Skujat Judge ruled that the school provided an opportunity to Kretschmer, the firing occurred, leaving guns and ammunition in the home accessible for her son.

Kretschmer, Tim took the 2009th father’s bedside on March 9-millimeter Beretta pistol which had been kept under lock and key. Tim went to his old school with a gun, which shot dead nine students, three teachers and three other people before you even took their own lives.
