An official in the prosecutor’s office in Paris said that works of art stolen from the Paris Museum of Modern Art, 18 months ago after a system crash warning has not been restored yet.
According to estimates announced by the museum at the time that the theft of Picasso’s Cubism “pigeon peas and green”, one of the stolen paintings worth $ 28 million.
Paintings and the other is the “pastoral” of Matisse and the “olive tree near Aestak” by George Braque and the “hand of a woman with a fan” of Amadeo Modigliani and “Still Life & Holders” of Fernand Leger.
And arrested three men on 16 September and will remain in jail pending further investigation. The three are suspected of participating in a robbery while the other two suspects in the disposition of the stolen items.
